Research focus

I mostly focus on the evolution of knowledge in structured form, this means the changes applied to ontologies, taxonomies and knowledge graphs. Additionally, I look into how these change influence other applications, tasks, or operations that these ontologies are used for. More specifically, I investigate reasoning, embedding learning, annotations  but would also be interested in other applications. I mostly work with biomedical ontologies and taxonomies, because they often have more elaborate evolution which were also tracked over the years and often shared online as well, which enables my research.
