Detailed molecular understanding in personalized medicine.

Our research aims to design and/or identify drug-like molecules for specific biological targets or to predict the best combination of drugs in multi-drug therapy, bridging the gap between detailed molecular understanding and the enormous challenges of developing personalized medicines. To this end, the medicinal chemistry group organizes structural chemogenomics information for drug target families in databases, including a dedicated database for phosphodiesterase enzymes and kinases.
