Research Description:
We want to improve patient outcomes and enhance patient care by enabling vascular healthcare specialists to make more informed decisions, allowing transparency towards the patients in each stage of the treatment process, and reducing the overall costs to healthcare systems by increasing treatment efficiency. We will develop and validate a clinical decision-making support platform for assessment of aortic diseases – aortic aneurysms (AA) and aortic dissections (AD), AI methodologies in order to accurately predict disease progression and assist in the decision-making process of vascular surgeons regarding the treatment of AA and AD. This platform will help improve diagnosis and contribute in making patient-based clinical decisions.
