Research Description:
My research focuses on mathematical statistics. In particular, I am interested in the design and performance of statistical or learning methods for high-dimensional, complex models. Concrete topics include Bayesian learning, Gaussian process methods, distributed methods and inverse problems. Many of the AI methods used in the field of health belong to these topics, such as statistical/learning methods used in medical imaging.
