The combination of machine learning with mechanistic modeling to understand and predict anti-cancer drug response on the molecular level
My research is about developing and applying machine learning computational methods to understand and predict cancer drug response, mainly using high-throughput molecular profiling data. Some current and future projects involve using network reconstruction methods and optimisation methods to prioritise promising multi-drug combinations and developing computational methods to process and analyse single cell (phospho)-protein quantifications.
